PDC Women's Series: Beau Greaves maintains darting dominance as she celebrates milestone to kick off 2026

Beau Greaves extended her unprecedented winning run on the PDC women's series to 100 matches with victory in the year's opening Women's Series double-header in Germany.

Greaves underlined her status as arguably the most talented female player of all time, and she maintained her darting dominance to win Events One and Two on Saturday to make it 15 consecutive women's series titles.

The Doncaster thrower - who will compete on the ProTour circuit as a Tour Card Holder over the next two years - stormed to Event One glory with a host of resounding victories in Hildesheim.

"I've played well when it matters, there's so many tours I can play on now, I don't want to get beat," said Greaves. "I really enjoy playing on the women's series and not because I win a load of them. I may give the Development Tour a miss for the first year, but if it's not going too well then I will get back on it the following year to see if I can get my Tour Card back that way.

"I don't feel as much pressure on the women's series, which is why I like to play and still have some enjoyment.

"I'm going to be raging when I get beat because I don't want it to end. I'm riding my luck a little bit, but that's darts."

Greaves cruised into the quarter-finals for the loss of just two legs, whitewashing German duo Cecylia Maria Zora and Bianca Michalczyk, while also sweeping aside Rhian O'Sullivan and Kirsi Viinikainen.

The 22-year-old then rattled off four consecutive legs to complete a 5-2 success over her great rival Fallon Sherrock in the quarter-finals, which she backed up with a five-leg blitz of Ireland's Robyn Byrne in the semi-finals.

This set up a showdown against women's World Matchplay champion Lisa Ashton in the Event One showpiece, and 'Beau 'n' Arrow' produced her best performance of the campaign to triumph, averaging 98.43 and converting a stunning 161 finish along the way.

This stretched Greaves' staggering winning run on the women's series to 93 matches, and she showed no sign of relenting in the early stages of Event Two, conceding a solitary leg in booking a spot in the last eight.

However, after defying a late fightback from Jade Gofford in the quarter-finals, Greaves continued her charge with a 5-2 win over Gemma Hayter, having raced into a 4-0 lead.

The World Youth Championship finalist then went head-to-head with Ashton once again for the Event Two bragging rights, running out a comprehensive 5-0 winner to celebrate a century of successive wins.

"I'm really chuffed to win 15 events on the trot. It's massive," reflected Greaves, the runner-up on the Winmau Development Tour last year.

"I've had some games today where I haven't played too well, but I managed to play well when it mattered and that's the main thing.

"I really enjoy playing on the Women's Series. I don't feel as much pressure, but I always look to win; I don't want to get beaten!"

Greaves already boasts a £3,000 lead on the embryonic 2026 women's series rankings, with Ashton in second spot ahead of Steph Clarke and Hayter.

The top three players from the final women's series rankings will qualify to compete in the 2026/27 Paddy Power World Darts Championship, while the top eight players on the rolling 12-month rankings will compete in July's Betfred Women's World Matchplay.

This weekend's women's series action will continue with Events 3-4 at Halle 39 on Sunday.
