Update Caller ID between Transfer, Park Retrieval, Intercept, etc.

Presently in CMV you will lose the “originating callers” Caller ID if you:

Park/Retrieve a call or transfer a call via an assisted transfer.

I would like for the originating callers Caller ID to update on phone screens as that call is passed around the office.

I’ve been told the underlying cause is “header-related” (CMV is not re-pushing the headers from the original phone call)

    At this time, this feature cannot be implemented. It may be reviewed again in the future. There are some underlying architectural issues preventing its implementation.
